Our classic Bodied class combines the strength of resistance training, the cardio of modern step aerobics and the stability of Pilates all within 45 minutes. Classes are rhythmically programmed and curated with an inspirational and upbeat playlist designed to help you connect to the movement on a deeper level.

Bodied Strength
Bodied Strength is a 45-minute rhythmic, resistance training class designed to build muscle throughout the entire body in a functional way. Classes are programmed to teach you how to incorporate heavy weights into your workout routine safely and effectively.

Bodied Balance
Bodied Balance is all about building deep core stability from the inside out. This class inspires an intense mind/body connection as we move through a 45-minute rhythmic flow that combines active and restorative work while matching breath to movement and music.

Bodied Step
This class is not your average step aerobics class. We've added a modern twist that features our intentional and dynamic step portion of classic Bodied for the entire 35 minutes. Bodied Step is high intensity, low impact and a PARTY.
