FAQs

What can I do to prepare for my first Bodied class?

We recommend that all of our newbies arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to start so that we can show you around and go over all of our equipment.

What do I need to bring to class?

We provide all of the equipment. All you need to bring is a water bottle and a LFG attitude!

What should I wear?

We advise that you wear athletic clothing and sneakers that you are comfortable sweating and moving in.

What is the parking situation?

We are located on the corner of 44th and Umatilla and street parking is available down both of those streets.

Do you have a locker room/showers?

We have cubbies in studio for your smaller belongings along with coat racks and hooks for larger bags. There will always be someone at the desk monitoring that your things stay safe!

What if I am running late?

While we recommend arriving early to the studio before the scheduled class start time, we totally get that life happens and will hold your spot for the first 5 minutes. If you arrive after those 5 minutes, we will not be able to allow you to join class and our no-show policy will apply. This is to not only respect the class atmosphere and flow, but also to ensure your safety as the warm up portion of class will be over by then.

What is the cancellation policy?

You are able to cancel class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time penalty free. If you have an unlimited membership and cancel within the 12 hour window, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $15. A no-show will result in a $20 fee. If you have a class pack and/or a different auto renew membership option, you will lose the class credit.

How far in advance can I book a class?

Booking opens for monthly auto renew members Saturday at 12pm for the following week. If you have a class pack or book with a drop in credit, booking opens Sunday at 12pm for the following week.

How old do I have to be to take a Bodied class?

We welcome anyone 16 or older. If you are between 16-18, we require your parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver that can be done at the studio before your first class.

Can I take class if I am pregnant?

We always advise asking your doctor’s permission before starting a new workout routine while pregnant. If you are cleared by your doctor, be sure to let your instructor know so that we can walk you through the proper modifications to take during your pregnancy.

How do I create an account?

The easiest way is to download the Bodied Denver app. Once you have done that, you can purchase credits/memberships and book your classes in one spot!
